Working on our Maths Learning Goals

We have been working hard on our Maths Learning Goals.  Look at the fabulous independent learners choosing their preferred learning activity to practice their goals.

Describing our friend

 We have been using adjectives to describe our friends. Look at our great independent work we have been doing at Pataiatai time.

Fruit Break

This is where we sit and have a fruit break when we feel a bit peckish. Its great for practicing our manners, and having polite conversations while we eat. A lot of learning happens at this table throughout the day.

Wanaka Primary School Song

A group of musical enthusiasts got together with Gilly to perform our school song for our pod. They were very brave sharing their new learning in front of 50 other children. Next week our ukulele band starts up as well as our pod choir. We have campfire singing with Gilly every Tuesday, singing together as a community of learners enjoying music.

Jessie in the travel agency

Jessie was very busy in the travel agency showing William on the globe where the North Pole was and then making her passport to go Dunedin.  Cody, Isabella, Sophie and William were working hard in the office.
