Sophia's morning

A typical morning in Pod 2 sees children leading their own learning during Pataitai Stations and also working in small groups with the teacher for explicit teaching.  Here is Sophia exploring writing on the mimio, colour inquiry work and then with Kylie for writing.  This is just a snippet of one small part of her day.

Farming!

The farmyard is a much loved area for grouping, sorting and developing oral language and story telling. Sophia and Skye are very proud of their learning. Well done girls. What was the tricky part?
