Cloak of Knowledge

As you enter Kakano, Pod 2, you will be greeted with our Cloak of Knowledge

The children have each decorated a feather for the cloak and written on another feather what they are good at. It has been put together to create a cloak to demonstrate strength, culture and expectations.

This cloak represents that every person has something valuable they can contribute for our learning and their voice is always valued within our pod.

We have been investigating about knowledge building, where everyone's ideas are essential to all students learning. Thinking about different perspectives, asking questions while sharing ideas, is essential for learning. We work as a community to support each other with respect, throughout the learning process.
