Our visit to the art road show truck was very inspirational. We had a chance to explore art that reminds of of something, art that made us think about our feelings and art that nspired us to try something new in art. We were all presented with our own sketch books and pencils to explore our own artist skills while surrounding by famous art pieces. Loved every minute of the whole experience. 
I thought the Art Truck was fantastic; I had a good look around the 'gallery' and loved the artwork on display. I think my favourite was the fabric shark. Both Riley's Dad and myself did art degrees and are quite sad that we don't get take Joe and Riley to more art exhibitions (one of the very few downsides to living in Wanaka :-)). Riley loved the exhibition and talked about being inspired by the artists there. Great job Wanaka Primary!
